Job Summary
Lead a regional team of Affera Mapping Specialists across the Nordic region, providing expert clinical and technical support for cardiac mapping systems during procedures and customer engagements. Deliver training to physicians and hospital staff, collaborate with regional sales to support objectives, and drive adoption and growth of the CAS portfolio. Develop and coach the team, ensure regulatory and compliance adherence, and travel as needed to service the Nordic region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in electrophysiology, cardiac mapping, or navigation systems
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-development capabilities
- Principal-Level Affera Mapping Specialist with at least 2 years of experience supporting the Affera Mapping System
- ability to independently support complex electrophysiology procedures and hold a current Affera mentor certification or actively working toward certification
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build professional relationships
- willingness to travel to support business needs
