Lead landscape architecture assignments with a holistic quality focus, cultivating long-term relationships and trusted partnerships. Support the office director in planning and resource strategy while collaborating closely with internal Tengbom competencies to deliver strong holistic projects. Build industry visibility through active engagement and presence. Requires a landscape architecture degree, 8–10 years of experience including leadership, and strong skills in client dialogue, project management, and economics. Interviews are ongoing.
