Job Summary
Lead the daily management of the Emergency Psychiatric Care Kennemerland department, steering teams, coaching staff, and overseeing HR, finance, and operational processes. Translate strategic policy into daily practice, guide organizational change initiatives, and foster an environment for professional development and innovation. Manage a 32 to 36-hour weekly schedule within a multidisciplinary team focused on preventing and shortening psychiatric admissions through intensive home treatment methods.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring als leidinggevende binnen de GGZ
