Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the VVS & EL department in South Greenland while actively participating in plumbing, electrical installations, and projects. Coordinate staff, plan and prioritize service and project tasks, and manage customer contact and follow-ups. Perform bid calculations, ensure high quality and safety standards with proper documentation, and contribute to business growth. Requires a VVS technician degree or equivalent experience as a foreman or department leader. Full-time role with competitive pay, housing allowance, and travel coverage. Required Qualifications
- Uddannet VVS-installatør, VVS-tekniker eller har tilsvarende solid erfaring fra branchen
- Erfaring som overmontør, serviceleder, projektleder eller afdelingsleder
- Gode lederevner og evnen til at motivere medarbejdere
- Er kundeorienteret og forstår værdien af langvarige relationer
- Arbejder struktureret og tager ansvar for resultater
- Kan arbejde selvstændigt og træffe beslutninger
