Job Summary
Oversee daily operations and administrative/clinical workflows at an AFC urgent care clinic within a franchised location; manage staffing, schedules, and policies; ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance; monitor KPIs, financial performance, revenue cycle, and patient growth; lead recruitment, training, and staff development; coordinate facility maintenance and equipment; drive patient experience and community engagement; collaborate with HR and the site medical director to achieve high-quality service and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years prior relevant experience, including 2 years of management experience as team leader, supervisor or project/program manager
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, EMR, Billing Systems, etc.
