Job Summary
AFC Systems Officer at Metrobank responsible for assisting the AFC Systems and Quality Control Head and BT Project Manager in ensuring AFC-related projects are well managed, requirements scoped, testing performed efficiently, and implementations aligned with business operations. Manages User Acceptance Testing for new initiatives, handles critical incidents affecting scope/timing/cost, conducts Stakeholders’ Change Management, leads regular meetings across project phases, oversees Post Implementation Testing and monitoring, and ensures thorough documentation. Supports both AFC Initiated and Non-AFC Initiated Projects, coordinates with AFC Business Units, prepares trainings for stakeholders, maintains system inventories, conducts system entitlement reviews, aligns processes with projects, and contributes to the AFC QC framework.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any business course
- At least 3 year experience in project management, user acceptance testing and systems related work OR at least 3 years working experience in Authorizations, Fraud or Chargeback or Credit card business in general
- At least 2 year people management experience
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- In-depth knowledge of Authorizations, Fraud, and Chargeback Systems
