Job Summary
Create customized annual financial plans for Baird Associates and their families by researching data, analyzing needs, and delivering personalized guidance on retirement, investment, and debt management. Lead educational conversations on benefits and planning opportunities while sitting in on client meetings to implement tailored investment solutions. Proactively engage associates to build awareness of team offerings and support follow-up, documentation, and the closing of identified financial goals. Assist with department presentations and communications to foster engagement within the firm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of industry experience in a client facing role
- Must hold SIE, Series 7/66 or Series 7/63/65 licenses
- Must have an undergraduate degree
- Must be committed to pursuing and achieving specialized professional designations (i.e., CFP, CPWA, CPA) or higher-level education equivalent within one year of assuming the role
