Job Summary
Analyze and resolve incidents, answer user questions, and train HR colleagues on system usage and processes. Independently implement small to medium changes and improvements while participating in larger projects like re-implementations and system optimizations under supervision. Manage and enhance other HR tools, including recruitment software and data analysis solutions. Work within a team of three colleagues, eventually replacing one while maintaining daily operational focus. Requires HBO level and minimum two years as an AFAS manager or superuser. Salaried position up to €5000, offering 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, with flexible locations in Nieuwegein, Amsterdam, or Papendrecht.
Required Qualifications
- HBO-werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als AFAS-beheerder of -superuser
- Ervaring met probleemanalyse, kennis delen en het vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar praktische oplossingen
- Je voelt je thuis in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is en neemt hierin proactief je rol
- Kennis van HR-processen en ervaring met koppelingen tussen systemen
