Job Summary
Senior sales executive responsible for driving new logo acquisition and revenue growth for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) within a defined geographic territory. This role sources, shapes, and closes opportunities, leads end-to-end RFP pursuits, builds trusted advisor relationships with consultants and brokers, and articulates the full value of Resources for Living (RFL). Responsibilities include managing pricing strategy and deal approvals, collaborating cross-functionally to develop competitive proposals, delivering compelling finalist presentations, and maintaining disciplined territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management. The role emphasizes strategic messaging tailored to employer needs and the integration of EAP and behavioral health capabilities to achieve consistent new-logo growth and strong win rates. It is an executive sales position with potential Sales Incentive Commission in addition to base salary.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, EAP, behavioral health, or related sales
- Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and closing complex deals
- Proven ability to lead consultant/broker relationships
- Strong experience managing RFPs and finalist presentations
- Financial acumen including pricing, underwriting, and margin management
- Executive presence with strong communication and storytelling skills
