Job Summary
Aesthetics Territory Manager in Houston responsible for presenting our products to potential clients, identifying customer needs, designing plans to meet sales targets, and developing lasting client relationships. Will report regional results, identify local opportunities, cross-sell products, collaborate with internal teams to meet quotas, and maintain knowledge of applicable FDA/ISO standards and internal policies. Requires driving the sales process end-to-end, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to plan and execute territory strategies, and flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed. Minimum 2-5 years of sales management experience; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; favorable background investigation required.
