Job Summary
Aesthetician role under physician supervision delivering elective skincare services and education to patients. Responsibilities include consultations to determine skincare goals, performing procedures (deep pore cleansing, chemical exfoliation/peels, facials, glycolic peels, hair removal, laser therapy, micro-dermabrasion, skin rejuvenation, skin hydration), documenting in the electronic health record, developing care plans, and collaborating with the physician. The position entails maintaining equipment and inventory, participating in marketing and product sales, ensuring OSHA/compliance, and contributing to patient education and follow-up. Requires state licensure and completion of an approved aesthetician program; 6 months of experience required with 2 years preferred; authorization to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certificate of completion/diploma from an approved aesthetician program
- Must be licensed per state requirements
- Six months of experience as an Aesthetician required
