Job Summary
Conduct thorough consultations to evaluate client suitability and formulate treatment plans for invasive and noninvasive procedures including laser hair removal, chemical peels, and HydraFacials. Educate clients on aesthetic services, ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines, and maintain a safe, sanitary environment by following infection control protocols. Manage client expectations, provide pre and post-care instructions, and represent the brand at community events while fostering genuine connections. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and consistency in brand representation.
Required Qualifications
- Aesthetician license
- Medical electrologist license
- Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- 2+years experience with InMode, laser hair removal, IPL, Morpheus8 & Vasqulaze
- Possess cosmetic laser certification or ability to complete
