Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns, goals, and medical history. Perform a variety of treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermarabrasion, microneedling, RF microneedling, laser treatments, and noninvasive body contouring. Customize treatment plans, educate clients on proper routines, and maintain accurate treatment records while ensuring compliance with infection control protocols. Collaborate with physicians and medical assistants to coordinate care, work toward monthly sales goals, and manage Point of Sale transactions. Requires a current Aesthetician License, 1-3 years of experience, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays for a part-time schedule of 20-29 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current Aesthetician License
- 1-3 years of aesthetic experience
- High School Diploma
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client appointments a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be available to work when our locations are open (including nights, Saturdays, and federal holidays)
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
- Must be able to constantly move around the spa and occasionally lift and move objects
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Electrology license preferred
- Point of Sale Experience a plus
- Passion for empowering clients and colleagues, with a genuine interest in the field of medical aesthetics
