Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns, goals, and medical history. Perform a variety of skincare treatments and procedures, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and noninvasive body contouring. Customize treatment plans, educate clients on proper skincare routines, and maintain accurate treatment records. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care, work toward monthly sales goals, and oversee Point of Sale transactions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and infection control protocols while providing exceptional customer service. Requires a current Illinois Aesthetician License, 1-3 years of experience, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to work a minimum of 20-29 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois Aesthetician License
- 1-3 years of aesthetic experience
- High School Diploma
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and dermatological conditions
- Familiarity with skincare products and ingredients
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform treatments safely and effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client appointments a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Passion for empowering clients and colleagues, with a genuine interest in the field of medical aesthetics
- Must be available to work when our locations are open (including nights, Saturdays, and federal holidays)
- Must be available for occasional company-sponsored events and training
- Must be able to stand, lift, and handle heavy objects
- Must be able to be consistently move around the spa
