Job Summary
Conduct aesthetic consultations and treatment planning, administering neuromodulators, fillers, and regenerative injectables with a focus on facial anatomy and cannula technique. Maintain accurate documentation, educate patients on treatment options and aftercare, and collaborate with medical leadership to ensure optimal outcomes. Adhere to all state regulations and practice protocols while upholding high ethical standards and patient-centered care. Full-time preferred schedule including 1-2 Saturdays per month; compensation ranges from $60-$85/hour plus performance incentives. Required Qualifications
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
- Experience with neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®)
- Experience with dermal fillers including Juvederm® and Restylane®
- Experience with biofillers and regenerative aesthetic treatments
- Strong experience with cannula technique
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balancing
- Ability to independently assess and treat patients safely and effectively
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Works well with leadership, collaborating physicians, and team members
- Strong ethical standards and patient-centered mindset
- Self-motivated, dependable, and growth-oriented
- Must be available for 1-2 Saturdays per month
