Job Summary
Monitor the clinic reception area and oversee the client's experience from check-in to check-out while representing Attune values and delivering a warm, sales-savvy service. Manage daily front desk operations including client scheduling, check-outs, and reception flow, and exhibit strong computer proficiency for scheduling, client profiles, memberships, POS transactions, and reporting. Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA, support retail and treatment inventory management, and address client concerns with empathy and proactive problem-solving. Collaborate cross-functionally with providers and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and consistently meet goals related to client satisfaction, retail sales, and rebooking.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year working in a reception or front desk hospitality role
- Forward-facing sales enthusiasm
- Genuine passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness
- Strong sales acumen
- Proven ability to educate clients, recommend services/products, and drive retail, membership, and rebooking goals
- Highly customer-service oriented demeanor
- Polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to meet U.S. employment eligibility and work requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within a med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury service environment
- Experience utilizing client appointment booking systems and POS checkout systems
- Hands-on experience with Zenoti
- Experience with retail sales, client education, and upselling within beauty and skincare
