Job Summary
Aesthetic Senior Sales Associate at Skin Laundry leads by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional client service and educating clients on products, memberships, and treatments. The role drives sales performance, provides informal coaching to team members, and ensures smooth shift execution and operational excellence without final authority on hiring, scheduling, or policy decisions. Responsibilities include achieving daily sales and conversion goals, maintaining inventory and merchandising standards, executing operational checklists, and supporting onboarding and training of new staff. Requires intermediate knowledge of retail operations and POS systems (e.g., Zenoti), strong interpersonal and leadership skills, 1–2 years of retail/hospitality/service experience, and availability to work weekends and evenings as part of an on-site role in Dallas. Travel to other clinics is possible but not required, and compensation starts at $21/hour base with growth opportunity. Must be 18+ and able to work full-time with a schedule planned 60 days in advance; benefits include healthcare, 401k, paid holidays, parental leave, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years retail, hospitality, or service experience required.
- Leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
