Job Summary
Aesthetic Sales Consultant role as a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) at LaserAway. Conduct in-person consultations, educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectables, and design customized treatment plans to meet patient goals while driving high-value sales. Maintain a polished clinic front desk, schedule and check-in/out, and partner with clinicians and Location Director to ensure exceptional patient experience from consultation to completion. Requires 2+ years in luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales with proven success in high-ticket consultative sales and relationship building. Weekend and evening availability is required. Compensation includes $20/hour base with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses; top performers earn $90,000–$140,000+ annually, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training. Required Qualifications
