Job Summary
Aesthetic Sales Consultant / Patient Care Coordinator at LaserAway, a luxury aesthetic dermatology leader, conducts in-person one-on-one consultations to understand patient goals and design tailored treatment plans, educates on the full suite of services (laser, body contouring, injectables), and drives revenue through high-value sales while maintaining a polished clinic environment. The role requires meeting sales goals, guiding patients through their aesthetic journey, offering financing options, and collaborating with clinicians and the Location Director to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Weekend and evening availability is required; base pay plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and paid training. This position targets professionals with experience in luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales and a strong track record in high-ticket consultative sales and relationship-building.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales
- Weekend and evening availability
- Confident, polished, and professional in patient-facing environments
- Proven success with high-ticket consultative sales and relationship building
- Ability to educate patients on aesthetic services, including laser, body contouring, and injectables
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage front desk duties and clinic flow
