Job Summary
Share the magic of services, products, and wax passes with guests while analyzing guest profiles to collaborate with Wax Specialists and maximize sales potential. Participate in engaging guest outreach to bring experts back to the community, ensuring every guest leaves with Unaplaugic Confidence. Maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor as a key holder responsible for opening and closing the center. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with an average hourly rate of $16-$25 inclusive of base, bonus, and commission. Prior experience in sales and customer service, P.O.S. software proficiency, and KPI management within a retail or beauty environment are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability
- Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
- Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
- Predominantly indoor working conditions
- Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment
- Fast-paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred
- P.O.S. Software experience preferred
- Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor
