Aesthetic Sales Consultant drives guest experience and sales at European Wax Center by sharing services and wax passes, collaborating with Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities, and engaging the community to bring guests back for services. The role emphasizes selling, guest outreach, exceptional service, and growth within a dynamic, fast-paced beauty-retail environment, with commission-based earning and comprehensive training and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred
- P.O.S. Software experience preferred
- Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability
- Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
