Job Summary
Share the magic of services, products, and wax passes with guests while analyzing profiles to maximize sales potential. Collaborate with Wax Specialists to enhance the Guest Experience and participate in community outreach to bring experts back to the forefront. Maintain a professional demeanor, responsibly open and close the center as a key holder, and uphold a driven, outgoing disposition. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced indoor environment. Required Qualifications
- Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability
- Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
- Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred
- P.O.S. Software experience preferred
- Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
