Aesthetic Sales Consultant to meet or exceed monthly sales goals, using consultative selling to connect with clients and recommend medical aesthetic services; collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient progression and handle additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Experience using a CRM tool
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work weekends as required by business needs
