Job Summary
Meet monthly sales goals and achieve required patient satisfaction metrics by utilizing consultative selling techniques to connect with clients and recommend medical aesthetic services. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless communication throughout the patient journey and handle assigned tasks as directed. Requires five years of consultative sales experience, proficiency in CRM tools, and the ability to work weekends. Full-time role involving 8-12 hour shifts with intermittent sitting or standing and lifting up to 25 pounds. Base salary of $50K with total annual compensation ranging from $100-125,000+.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Experience using a CRM tool
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work weekends as required by business needs
- Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
- Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds
