Job Summary
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction. Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey. Handle other tasks as assigned by management. Work weekends as required, sitting or standing intermittently for 8-12 hour shifts while lifting up to 25 pounds. Base salary of $50K with total annual compensation ranging from $100-125,000+.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Experience using a CRM tool
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work weekends as required by business needs
- Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
- Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds
