Job Summary
Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and neuromodulators while providing PRP therapies, medical microneedling, RF microneedling, and chemical peels. Conduct patient consultations, medical history reviews, contraindication screenings, and informed consent to develop personalized treatment and maintenance plans. Educate patients on treatments, expected outcomes, aftercare, and medical-grade skincare, capturing accurate before-and-after photography and maintaining complete clinical documentation. Build long-term patient relationships through education, follow-up, and trust-based care, occasionally providing coverage for IV infusion services. Maintain all clinical, infection-control, patient-safety, and regulatory standards in this physician-led wellness environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
- Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Experience with advanced medical skin treatments such as microneedling, RF microneedling, and chemical peels
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-safety skills
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Confidence creating personalized treatment plans
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Comfortable working toward individual performance and revenue goals
- Monday–Friday schedule with potential rotating Saturday coverage
- Saturday Hours: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Desired Qualifications
- PRP treatment experience
- IV therapy or infusion experience
- Medical-grade skincare knowledge
- Experience in a physician-led aesthetics, wellness, concierge, or med-spa environment
- Comfort with peripheral IV placement, hydration/vitamin infusions, patient monitoring, and infusion documentation
