Job Summary
Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials tailored to current and prospective clients' personal skincare needs, ensuring safety and effectiveness for all skin types. Discuss the importance of skin care protocols created by the medical team and celebrate client results with compassion. Support clinic operations by improving process efficiency, assisting with staff training and coaching, and establishing adequate staffing to ensure timely patient visits. Maintain effective client retention processes while prioritizing client safety and making clinical decisions, knowing when to request assistance. This role requires a Registered Nurse with 1 year of experience, an Associate degree, and a current State Nursing License. Candidates must be available for Friday through Sunday shifts with another weekday option, working 11-hour days (10 hours after breaks) with a minimum commitment of one day per week. The position is part-time in San Francisco, CA, offering a base rate of $32/hr plus tips and commission, with a guaranteed rate of $55/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current State Nursing License
- BLS certification
- 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service
- Current RN State License
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem-solving capability
