Job Summary
Present customized no-downtime laser facials and promote advanced medical-grade skincare technologies tailored to client needs. Discuss skin care protocols, celebrate client results, and establish effective retention processes while maintaining high standards. Support clinic operations by improving efficiency, precepting staff, and ensuring timely patient visits through strong communication and multitasking. Collaborate with the team to foster an inclusive environment, read customer cues for safety, and make clinical decisions or request assistance as needed. Schedule 11 hours (10 after breaks) most weekends with 1-2 weekdays, committing to a 60-day schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current State Nursing License
- BLS certification
- 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service
- Current RN State License
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem-solving capability
- Outgoing personality yet calming presence
- Ability to listen and read customers
- Attention to detail in following company protocol
- Goal orientation
- Ability to prioritize client safety and customer service
- Ability to make clinical decisions
- Ability to ask for assistance when needed
- Availability to work most weekends
- Availability of 1-2 weekdays (Mon-Fri)
- Availability to work a Monday or a Friday
- Ability to work during Clinic Operating Hours
- Ability to work a minimum of 1 day per week
- Ability to flex to 2 and occasional 3rd shift as needed
- Ability to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance
- Reliable commute to home clinic location
- Ability to periodically travel to other clinics
- Ability to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets
- Long periods of Sitting & standing capability
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year Registered Nurse (RN) experience
- 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service
