Job Summary
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulants), laser, and RF microneedling. Conduct thorough consultations to create customized treatment plans and provide education on options and aftercare. Maintain high standards of patient safety while accurately documenting all procedures and following clinical protocols. Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and results. Collaborate with the team to support practice growth and patient retention. Requires an active, unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in Massachusetts with 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience. Full-time or part-time roles available in Lawrence, MA, with competitive hourly pay plus bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in Massachusetts
- 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
- Knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic best practices
- Confident, outgoing, and personable with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with consultative selling and patient education
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of patient care
Desired Qualifications
- Laser certification and experience with energy-based devices/lasers
- Spanish-speaking
