Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans for cosmetic injectables, including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse. Administer neuromodulators and fillers for full-face balancing while educating patients on realistic expectations, aftercare, and skincare maintenance. Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow Florida laws and practice protocols to ensure safe, natural-looking outcomes. Build long-term patient relationships and support retention within an established practice focused on cosmetic care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure
- At least 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injection experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Botox, Dysport, or other neuromodulators
- Experience conducting aesthetic consultations and developing treatment plans
- Strong patient communication and customer-service skills
- Excellent bedside manner
- Commitment to safe, ethical, and natural-looking aesthetic outcomes
- Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site in St. Petersburg, FL
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with dermal fillers, including lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, and full-face balancing
- Experience with Sculptra, Radiesse, or other biostimulators
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
- Experience in a med spa, cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice
- Experience with patient retention, treatment-plan conversion, and practice growth
