Job Summary
Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers for facial rejuvenation. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to develop customized treatment plans and educate clients on procedures and post-care. Assist with advanced aesthetic services such as non-surgical body contouring and laser treatments while helping establish clinical workflows and protocols for the new location. Create educational social media content, including treatment videos and before-and-after discussions, to support practice growth. This role offers a clear path from part-time to full-time as the practice expands.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Pennsylvania and Delaware
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
- Experience with Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and other neurotoxins
- Experience with dermal fillers
- Facial balancing and advanced injection techniques
- Strong consultation and patient communication skills
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- Professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering natural-looking aesthetic results
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating educational social media content
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing practice
- Must be licensed in both PA & DE
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, facial plastics, or plastic surgery practice
- Advanced training in full-face rejuvenation and combination treatments
- Experience with body contouring and laser technologies
- Familiarity with clinic operations, scheduling, inventory management, and team coordination
- Active professional social media presence related to aesthetics
