Job Summary
Conduct client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and skillfully perform aesthetic medical services including cosmetic injections, laser therapy, and laser hair removal. Educate patients on treatment processes and pre/post care, while acknowledging and responding to their queries and expectations. Maintain patient safety, apply best practices, and stay current with market trends and techniques. Clean and maintain equipment and inventory, follow established protocols, update patient charts with before and after photos, and generate a patient base. Provide Good Faith Exam support when licensure permits and attend trainings or meetings as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or Naturopathic Doctor (ND) license required to practice in the state of employment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Proficient with email
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with patients, peers and managers
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of Standing, bending or stooping
- Physical Requirements: Use of hands and arms to touch, handle, feel or control things including but not limited to tools, objects and/or controls

Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience desired
- Experience in a clinic setting preferred
- Laser experience preferred
- Existing clientele is a plus
- Social media experience is a plus
