Job Summary
Support the clinic manager by acting as a liaison between the front office and providers to ensure timely client flow. Manage client preparation, treatment prep, and post-care while preparing equipment, cleaning instruments, and maintaining inventory of medical supplies. Complete charting and consents, assist with rebooking appointments, and drive product sales to enhance operational efficiency. Attend monthly trainings and meetings, assist with social media content, and travel to other locations for training as needed. This role requires evening and weekend availability and proficiency with email and Word. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous work experience as Medical Assistant
- 1+ years of customer or sales experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, peers and manager in a friendly and courteous manner
- Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Proficient with email and Word
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Prolonged periods of: Standing, bending or stooping
- Use of hands and arms to touch, handle, feel or control things including but not limited to tools, objects and/or controls
- Reaching with hands and arms
- Repeating of same movements
- Talking and hearing
- Occasional periods of: Sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing or balancing
