Aesthetic Injector - RN/ NP

The Aesthetic Injector - RN is a leadership and educator role responsible for providing client care and education on aesthetic services (injectables, neurotoxins, dermal fillers) and developing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include performing cosmetic injectable treatments within RN scope under medical supervision, conducting patient consultations, reviewing medical history, explaining options, risks, aftercare, and maintenance; preparing treatment rooms; administering injections safely and professionally; monitoring for adverse reactions; documenting consultations, treatments, product lot numbers, and follow-up instructions; coordinating with supervising providers to manage complications; maintaining compliance with nursing regulations, HIPAA, and infection-control standards; supporting follow-up care and scheduling; building patient relationships to support retention; staying current on aesthetic trends and continuing education requirements; promoting skincare and related clinic services; assisting with inventory; and collaborating with medical directors, NP/PA, and front-office staff for smooth clinic operations.
