Job Summary
Lead and educate clients on regenerative medicine, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, and injectable aesthetic treatments (neurotoxin, dermal fillers, and related procedures). Conduct aesthetic consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide follow-up care. Perform initial assessments, diagnose and manage hormone-related deficiencies within the midlevel scope, and maintain comprehensive medical records. Provide patient education on benefits, risks, and post-procedure care; ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to protocols; coordinate with physicians and healthcare team for collaborative care; maintain professional standards and confidentiality; obtain and maintain required NP/PA licensure and DEA credentials if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate of completion/degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program
- Current/state NP/PA licensure and ability to obtain DEA license if requested
- Maintain ongoing licensure in the state of practice
- Experience providing injectable procedures (neurotoxin, dermal fillers) and aesthetic treatments
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat hormone-related deficiencies and aesthetic concerns
- Experience with medication management and prescribing within applicable schedules (II–IV)
- Strong documentation and confidentiality practices
- Compliance with scope of practice and collaboration with Medical Director
