Job Summary
Aesthetic Experience Manager leads Evolus field sales in the Miami South region (and Puerto Rico) with responsibility for driving direct sales of the aesthetic portfolio, executing sales strategies, promotions, and educational events, while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role requires delivering product insights, staying current on clinical data and product updates, planning promotional activities, managing territory and sample budgets, ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance, and collaborating with physicians, office managers, and staff. The position is field-based with substantial travel (50-75%) and involves in-person and virtual customer meetings to exceed quotas and drive brand adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Valid driver’s license
- 5+ years of sales experience in injectable aesthetics preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
- Field-based, territory management across Miami South and Puerto Rico
