Job Summary
As an Aesthetic Care Concierge, you will guide patients through their aesthetic journey, ensuring exceptional experiences from consultation to follow-up. Responsibilities include promoting services, facilitating patient outreach, managing scheduling, maintaining patient records, and ensuring coordination between clinical teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a background in customer service, organizational skills, and knowledge of aesthetic offerings. Requires a high school diploma and previous medical experience in related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or cosmetic dermatology
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
- Strong background in patient education and customer service
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and procedures is highly preferred
