Job Summary
Drive revenue growth by selling Galderma's full Aesthetic brand portfolio to healthcare providers, aesthetic practices, and key business stakeholders across an assigned territory. Own territory performance through strategic business planning, consultative selling, and disciplined account management to achieve quota. Prospect and close new business opportunities while partnering with practice owners to recommend customized portfolio solutions that drive ROI. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities, implement targeted sales strategies, and lead field-based marketing initiatives including training events and educational workshops. Maintain financial responsibility for sales transactions, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage CRM documentation and forecasting accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute regional strategies and deliver product expertise to support practice workflow integration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a quota-driven role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within assigned territory (estimated 80%)
