Job Summary
Senior Manager within PwC's Application Evolution Services (AES) leading SAP S/4HANA and BASIS architecture initiatives. Responsible for end-to-end SAP installations, upgrades, S/4 conversions, and migrations, configuring SAP cloud offerings (BTP, SAC, Cloud Connector), and administering SAP landscapes. Engages across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, interfaces with clients and stakeholders, and contributes to roadmaps, strategic advisement, and governance. Requires strong SAP/Kernal expertise (HANA DB, Solution Manager, BOBJ, Data Services), UNIX/Linux/Windows proficiency, ITIL-aligned processes, and customer-facing communication; mentors team members and leads boot camps and knowledge-sharing sessions. The role emphasizes proactive collaboration, problem-solving from strategy to execution, and delivering transformational SAP-focused outcomes while maintaining alignment with PwC standards and ethics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- At least one SAP Associate level certification
- HANA Database certification
- S4 system installation, configuration and administration
- SAP version upgrade
- Experience in Migration projects
- Exposure to BTP, SAC and other cloud tools offered by SAP
- Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows OS
- Solution Manager knowledge
- Fiori configuration and troubleshooting
- SAML and Single Sign-On knowledge
- Customer-facing experience and negotiation skills
- ITIL framework exposure
- PMP certification preferred
- English communication skills
- Mentor/leadership capabilities
