Job Summary
Director-level role leading PwC's AES-SAP practice within Application Evolution Services. Lead and co-drive engagements across multiple industry sectors, sponsor assignments to develop team potential, shape value propositions, scale efficiencies, and drive transformation of client SAP landscapes. Responsibilities include managing large, distributed teams, guiding pre-sales and solutioning activities, creating assets and tools to win work, ensuring delivery excellence across SAP ECC/S4 HANA projects, cloud and multi-cloud initiatives, and maintaining strong client relationships with executive leadership. Requires 15+ years of SAP IT experience, leadership of sizable engagements, and ability to operate across cloud, DevOps/Agile/Scrum environments, with proven capacity to manage utilization and project delivery at scale. Travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years SAP IT experience
- Minimum Degree Required: BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA
- Experience leading large SAP-related engagements
- Experience in ECC/S4 HANA projects
- Experience in pre-sales and solutioning
- Knowledge of cloud computing and multi-cloud environments
- Experience with DevOps, Agile, and Scrum
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage large teams across onshore/offshore/vendor resources
- Ability to develop assets, accelerators, and tools for client engagements
