Job Summary
Lead SAP RTR operational support activities across global regions and take ownership of complex production support tasks within the SAP Finance domain. Manage and mentor a team to drive operational stabilization and continuous improvement, collaborating with clients to enhance service quality and satisfaction. Responsibilities include delivering SAP FI/CO/CFIN support, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and ensuring stable, reliable financial operations. The role requires strong coaching, decision-making, and analytical skills, with experience in SAP Finance operations and ability to influence operational excellence across multinational contexts. Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of SAP FI/CO and AMS/AES experience, plus SAP Certification in FICO/CFIN, and English proficiency are required.
