Job Summary
Lead and manage Salesforce integration engagements within PwC's Managed Services and Application Evolution Services. Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services to connect Salesforce with other systems and databases, enabling seamless data flow and process automation. coach and mentor junior team members, deliver client-facing communications, and drive complex problem solving across Sales, Service, Marketing, and CRM ecosystems. Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce technologies (Apex, Lightning, LWC, SLDS), data migration and integration strategies, and governance with ITIL/DevOps practices. Navigate multi-environment deployments, perform fit-gap analyses, and guide go-to-market and solution delivery, including stakeholder engagement, testing automation, and ongoing support. Travel as required to serve client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree)
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce or Salesforce-related consulting/implementation
- Salesforce certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, Certified Business Analyst, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant (preferred); Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, App Builder, and AI Associate (preferred)
- Strong ability to lead and mentor staff; experience coaching junior team members
- Ability to train and communicate with clients; experience in requirements gathering, design, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
- Proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects including integration with ERP/CRM systems; experience with REST/SOAP Web services and middleware integrations
- Experience with Apex, Lightning, LWC; SLDS; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience with middleware and integration patterns (Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco, Fusion)
- Understanding of data migration, data management, data translation, and data hygiene
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work in Agile environments and apply DevOps practices
- Travel willingness as per project needs
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, MS-SQL Server or other RDMS for integrations
