Job Summary
Lead Oracle Human Capital Management projects covering recruiting, core HR, and talent management while managing client support operations to enhance service delivery. Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of Oracle HCM solutions, utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework and Business Intelligence Publisher to develop scalable deployments. Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation, implement business process improvements, and confirm data integrity within Oracle HCM frameworks. Build client relationships to address human capital challenges and identify opportunities for workforce analytics and strategic planning. Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement within the Digital Core Modernisation practice.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for data-driven insights
- Managing Human Resources Transformation projects with strategic planning
- Leveraging Oracle SQL Developer for database management
- Embracing change management and business process improvement strategies
