Job Summary
Senior Associate in PwC's AES team, responsible for delivering a range of Application Evolution Services offerings related to Oracle FCCS/HFM deployments. Role involves solving complex financial close and consolidation challenges, designing metadata, configuring security, and writing business rules. Expected to apply hands-on knowledge of FCCS, HFM, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation adjustments, with strong data management, EPMA/Classic experience, and familiarity with FDMEE/Data Management integration. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, supporting end-user needs via ServiceNow, assisting with technical and advisory engagements, and contributing to the evolution of clients' Oracle-based cloud portfolios. The role requires collaboration within a fast-paced environment and may involve travel as part of client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Qualification CA/ MBA/ BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / B.SC / B.Com / BBA
- 5-7 years of experience in Oracle FCCS/HFM and related financial consolidation tooling
- Knowledge of FCCS and/or HFM (11.x), regulatory reporting, and financial close processes
- Experience with multi-GAAP and multi-currency environments
- Understanding of intercompany eliminations, consolidation adjustments, ownership accounting
- Knowledge of EPMA & Classic applications; ability to design metadata and write business rules
- Experience with Smart View and narrative reporting; end-user form creation and rule development
- FDMEE/Data Management integration knowledge; scripting (EPMAutomate)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues via ServiceNow
- Experience in a managed services/advisory environment a plus
