Job Summary
Guidewire AES Senior Developer at PwC develops and customizes Guidewire applications, delivering design, coding, and testing solutions for insurance clients. Responsibilities cover applying a learning mindset, owning development tasks, collaborating across diverse teams, and contributing to Guidewire AES delivery with on-premises and cloud capabilities. Technologies include Guidewire Digital Portals and integrations (PolicyCenter, ClaimsCenter, BillingCenter, ContactManager), JDP, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, GOSU, XML/JSON, and standard devops tooling. The role emphasizes solutions strategy, cross-border collaboration, client-facing deliverables, and maintaining high-quality delivery across the Guidewire portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Experience with Guidewire Suite on premises and SaaS
- Proven ability delivering Guidewire application solutions across Auto/Home/Commercial lines
- Guidewire Digital Portals experience
- Knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimsCenter, BillingCenter and ContactManager
- Proficiency in JDP (Jutro Development Platform), React, JavaScript, TypeScript, JEST
- Experience with XML & JSON formats, and build tools (ANT, MAVEN, Gradle)
- Experience with SOAP UI, Postman, SVN & GIT
- Understanding of DevOps and build/deploy processes
- Guidewire Digital Certified Associate
