Job Summary
Perform MIG and TIG welding operations on metal components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Set up welding equipment and select appropriate parameters to ensure proper penetration and fusion. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements, then inspect welds for quality using visual inspection and measuring instruments. Operate welding machinery and hand tools safely while maintaining work area cleanliness and proper material storage. Collaborate with team members to resolve process issues and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires a US person due to ITAR compliance at our Cumming, GA location.
