Provide on-site customer support for Sherwin-Williams products in Auto OEM and Aerospace; act as product knowledge expert and liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Lab); train customers and guide product selection while addressing issues and delivering process-improvement recommendations. Collaborate with Sales leadership to execute territory strategies, retain existing customers, and identify opportunities for growth, leveraging technical expertise to drive territory sales and profitability.
