Job Summary
Lead negotiations for long-term supplier agreements and pricing structures, manage renewals and compliance, resolve performance issues, monitor delivery and schedules, drive supplier recovery and continuous improvement; develop sourcing strategies for aerospace commodities, benchmark costs, qualify new suppliers, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Program Management to meet program objectives; requires 5+ years in aerospace procurement, strong negotiation, analytics, and ERP/Excel proficiency; US work authorization required; contract-based position with pay in the $40-$50/hour range.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of aerospace procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or supplier management experience
- Experience negotiating long-term supplier agreements and pricing structures
- Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing supply chains
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with supplier performance metrics and corrective actions
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
