Job Summary
Aerospace Supply Chain Manager responsible for negotiating long-term supplier agreements (LTAs), managing supplier contracts and pricing structures, and ensuring continuity of supply across aerospace commodities. Develop sourcing strategies, monitor supplier delivery and performance metrics, lead supplier recovery and continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Program Management to support business objectives. Requires 5+ years of aerospace procurement or supplier-management experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. On-site role based in Clifton Springs, NY with a pay rate of $40.00–$50.00 per hour on a long-term contract, with potential for extension.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of aerospace procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or supplier management experience required
- Experience negotiating long-term supplier agreements and pricing structures required
- Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing supply chains required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
