Required Qualifications

• •Valid drivers license and auto insurance
• •Local or U.S. Citizenship
• •Pass pre-hire background check including DMV and credit screening
• •Pass Pre-hire Drug Screening
• •Fluent English – reading and writing
• •3+ years' experience as a quality inspector, technician, or engineer
• •3+ years' experience in an aerospace manufacturing facility
• •3+ years' experience in inspection duties, FAI's GD&T, and b/p interpretation
• •Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• •Must pass Excel test
• •Knowledge of CMM Inspection process
• •Knowledge and experience in GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
• •Knowledge and experience with blueprint interpretation
• •Experience with hand measurement tools
• •Experience in performing FAI's – AS9102
• •Experience in dimensional and visual inspection of aerospace machined components
• •Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
• •Vision sufficient to read printed documents, computer screens, and observe behavior of others
• •Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
• •Strong independent decision-making skills; excellent analytical skills and professional judgment

• •Must be able to be fluent in GD&T
• •Must be able to be an experienced quality individual in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components
